UPSC EPFO ​​Recruitment 2023: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has recruited a total of 577 posts in the Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO). Among the vacant posts, 418 vacancies are for Enforcement Officers (EO) / Accounts Officers (AO) and the remaining 159 vacancies are for Assistant Provident Fund Commissioners (APFC). The detailed advertisement will be published soon on the official website of UPSC at upsc.gov.in and in the Employment News dated 25 February 2023 issue. You will be able to apply for this recruitment from 25 February 2023 by visiting www.upsconline.nic.in. The last date to apply has been set as March 17.

According to the short notification, out of a total of 418 posts of EO/AO, 204 are unreserved, while 57 posts are reserved for SC, 28 for ST, 78 for OBC, and 51 for PWD. Whereas, out of 159 posts of APFC, 68 are unreserved, while 25 are reserved for SC, 12 for ST, 38 for OBC, and 16 for differently-abled. Candidates willing to apply for the posts advertised by UPSC for EPFO ​​will be able to apply on the Commission’s application portal, upsconline.nic.in.

Earlier, UPSC had taken out this recruitment in the year 2020. This recruitment process was delayed due to Corona. Then a total of 421 posts were recruited.

Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institute or university.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 Years.
Relaxation in the maximum age limit will be given to the reserved category as per the rules of the Central Government.

Selection Process
The final selection of candidates for the posts of EPFO ​​Enforcement Officer/Accounts Officer by UPSC will be done on the basis of a merit list prepared on the basis of marks of both written examination and interview. The weightage of the marks of the written test and interview will be 75:25. Objective type multiple choice questions related to General Ability Test (01) will be asked in the examination. The language of the exam will be English and Hindi. The exam will be of 300 marks and one-third mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
